Merry Meet,
I feel that your path chooses you, you don't choose it. Appreciation of all that we were blessed with then acknowledgement and graditude is the most important fact. Plants, animals, all living things is what we've been given to treasure and take care of for our survival here on our journey. I believe our biggest teacher resides within. Our higher self is there always if we take the time to listen and let it guide us. We are all masters and have lived many times before. Just need one thing to trigger our memory then were off exploring once more. I feel as we continue our journey here we will constantly be enlightened by many different things and eventually we will all become One Of The Same not putting a Religion to A Name just living like we all should be living Nature Based aware of our surrounds and making sure we take care of whats important for us to stay on this beautiful Planet.

Merry Meet Debbie! I should have clarified myself better in my question about learning for a year & a day. I didn't mean "you" personally! Oh...I'm so sorry to have you think that! I was just wondering if that requirement had changed? As I've met so many wonderful Wiccans and they didn't go through that procedure nor were they initiated. Maybe they had a faster learning system? Could be...but I was just wondering if it was "mandatory" for the year & day in order to claim being a Wiccan? Many blessings, light and tons of love to you! )O( xoxox Kyia
